Booking and Confirmation
When you book a desert safari with Skydune Adventure, your spot is confirmed only after we receive your booking details through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. Once confirmed, you will receive a message or email with all the tour information. We recommend booking early, especially during weekends and holidays, to secure your preferred time and package.
Payment Policy
We offer flexible payment options, including online payment, cash on pickup (when agreed), and bank transfers for group bookings. In some cases, a small advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation. All prices on our website are clear, and we don’t charge hidden fees.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your tour, let us know at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be refunded. In rare cases where we cancel due to weather or safety reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or can reschedule your booking at no extra cost.
